Shipping Services and Liability

The shipping services for product deliveries are provided by a third-party logistics company (the “Shipping Provider” or “shipping company”), which operates independently of our Company. As such, the Company assumes no liability for any damages, delays, or issues arising from the shipping process, including but not limited to negligence on the part of the Shipping Provider.

Force Majeure and Unforeseen Delays

The Company shall not be held responsible for any disruptions in the shipping process, service malfunctions, website issues, or any delay, rescheduling, or failure to deliver products due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. These include but are not limited to labor strikes, system failures, telecommunications disruptions, national emergencies, natural disasters, pandemics (such as COVID-19), or any other force majeure event.

Shipping Costs and Pricing

The total price of the order, including shipping charges, will be displayed during the checkout process. The Company reserves the right to modify shipping fees, offer promotions, or waive shipping charges at its sole discretion without prior notice. Customers shall not have any claims against the Company in relation to these changes.

Import Duties and Taxes

If the shipment is subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees, these costs shall be borne solely by the customer. The Company is not responsible for any additional fees charged by customs authorities in the destination country.

Delivery Terms and Process

The Company ensures the dispatch of fully paid orders to the delivery address provided by the customer during checkout. Orders will be shipped from Dubai for international delivery, and shipments will be conducted in accordance with the estimated shipping timelines displayed at checkout. Orders confirmed after 12:00 PM UAE time will be processed on the next business day.

The Company commits to deliver only products that have been fully paid for via credit card or a payment link sent to the customer. If the credit card company’s approval or payment confirmation from the link is received after 12:00 PM UAE time, the order will be considered as if it was placed on the next business day.

Order Cancellation: Customers may cancel their orders within 6 hours of placing the order. After this period, the order will be processed for dispatch, and cancellation will no longer be possible.

All shipments are express and are expected to be delivered within 4-5 business days from the date of dispatch. In cases where deliveries are impacted by external factors, including security restrictions or logistical delays, customers will be notified accordingly.
Address changes post-order confirmation may result in an additional delay of up to two business days and if the order is already shipped then an additional shipping fee will be charged.

Delivery Timeframes

The estimated delivery time is calculated in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and special observances). The shipping company does not operate on Saturdays and Sundays. The Company will make reasonable efforts to expedite deliveries or adjust to customer preferences where possible, subject to the Shipping Provider’s policies.

Failed Delivery Attempts and Additional Fees

If the customer is unavailable at the designated delivery time despite prior coordination, the product will not be delivered. The customer must arrange a new delivery time through the customer service of the Shipping Provider. If a second delivery attempt is required, an additional shipping fee will be charged, even if the initial delivery attempt was unsuccessful.

Delivery Authorization and Liability

At the discretion of the Shipping Provider, the customer may authorize delivery to an alternative location, such as a doorstep, business address, or a designated recipient. If the customer agrees to such an arrangement, they acknowledge and accept full responsibility in the event of loss, theft, damage, or discrepancies in the order. The Company shall not be liable for any claims related to such deliveries.
